Shah Alam hotel menu offers wide array of local, international fare


Mardhiyyah Hotel and Suites is presenting a Ramadan buffet called ‘Destinasi Rasa 2.0’.

Mardhiyyah Hotel and Suites in Shah Alam, Selangor, is presenting a Ramadan buffet called “Destinasi Rasa 2.0”, offering an array of local and international dishes.

Signature dishes include Daging Salai Masak Lemak Bersama Maman, Ikan Patin Sungai Masak Tempoyak Bersama Timun Tua and Tulang Merah Singapore Bersama Roti Paun.

Other recommended dishes include Nasi Kandar, Kari Ikan Tenggiri, Daging Hitam Manis, Ayam Masak Madu, Nyonya Curry Laksa, Bubur Lambuk Daging Rusa, Sup Pekat Tulang Kambing Berempah and Asam Laksa.

Ikan Salmon Bakar Celup-Celup offers a unique twist to the lineup, with its delightful marinade and flavour-packed experience.

Dishes from the international section include Roasted Whole Lamb, Murgh Makhani, Briyani Rice and Greek-Style Fish Fillet with Olive-Capsicum and Tzatziki Sauce.

Fans of Malaysian street food will get to enjoy Otak-Otak, Sata and Keropok Lekor, Satay Ayam, Satay Daging, Mee Mamak and Penang Char Kuey Teow.

No buffet is complete without an array of desserts.

There is a variety of sweet sensations here, among which are Red Velvet Cake, Mango Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Marble Cheesecake, Pandan Tiramisu, Lamingtons, Ais Kacang, Chocolate Fountain with Fruit Skewers, Serawa Durian, Bread and Butter Pudding as well as an assortment of Malay kuih.

The buffet is available until March 29 at Royale Songket and Tung Yuen Restaurant.

It is priced at RM175nett per adult, RM135nett per senior citizen (60 years and above) and RM100nett for per child (five to 11 years old).

For those seeking a private setting, a private function buffet is also available at RM120nett per person (for groups of 100 people or more).
